The Union Pacific Railroad vintage steam locomotive known as big Boy chugs through the old cantilever bridge in Plaquemine, La. Twenty-five Big Boys were built exclusively for Union Pacific, the first of which was delivered in 1941. Big Boy 4014 traveled more than 1 million miles between 1941 and its retirement in 1961. It was restored and put back in service in 201 to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the the completion of the Transcontinental Railroad.
